I'm the EVP, Head of Global Brand, at Monks (owned by S4 Capital). There, I lead the company's integrated capability of strategy, creative, media investment, studio production and data analytics for large scale agency relationships with companies including JPMorgan Chase, The Estée Lauder Company, Uber, T-Mobile, Disney and FanDuel.
I am simultaneously Partner and the Managing Director of
Decoded Advertising, an agency I helped to build before its acquisition
by S4 Capital in 2021.

I grew up in a family of teachers and coaches in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
I was an English Literature major at Dartmouth College. I am a former athlete, a massive consumer of sports, music, psychology and popular culture and a proud husband and father living in Manhattan Beach, CA.
My career provides me ample opportunity to use strategy and creativity to deliver oversized impact on businesses' growth and health.
